No Old Home Day in 2021

For the second year running, the Canterbury Historical Society has found it impossible to pull off fall’s Old Home Day celebration on the Canterbury green because of COVID’s uncertainties. We normally need to start the planning process in late winter or very early spring, and this year at that time, there were still too many unknowns.

Things are looking up, however. We will have a tag sale fundraiser in June, and if the pandemic news remains good, will resume holding our monthly meetings with history-themed programs in September. See Events at the right side of this screen for details, and please check back for updates.
